How to Add or Give New Character Sheet for Player In The Game
If you want to add or give a character or character sheet for a player in the game, a GM or the Game Creator can start it by accessing the Journal Tab. There, the thing that you have to do is to click on the +Add button and then choose Character from the dropdown menu. Assigning to Player

If you want to assign sheets to players, the GM must open the character sheet and then press the Edit button. After that in the In Player’s Journal section, add players which should see the character.
How about the Can Be Edited & Controlled By section? It is separate to give the right people the rights to be able to edit and see the full character sheet. Assigning char sheets to people can work only after they have logged in the first time.
