The original Resident Evil 4 or the older version, was released in October 2005 for PlayStation 2 and for PC in 2007, it is still worth playing today. I am enjoyable at any time, of course with the addition of MODs or trainers that are more advanced than WeMod’s.
Here, I’m sharing free Resident Evil 4 UHD Ultimate or HD Project Trainer because the graphics are much sharper than the original version.

1. WeMod (Original 2005) by STINGER
You can see that the cheat features in WeMod are very few and have minimal customization. I will not use this, lol!
2. Raz0r (UHD Ultimate v.1.3.9) with My Best Settings
Very different from Raz0r, this trainer has far more cheats and more creative customization options.

How to Install
- Extract the “RE4 HD Ultimate Trainer.rar” into your game folder ‘Bin32’
- Extract the “bio4 v1.0.6.rar” into your game folder ‘Bin32’ to Replace ‘bio4.exe’ file.
The folder structure should be like this:
How to Play the Game
- Run your game by opening ‘bio4′ with ‘Run as administrator’
- The final step is the same, you have to open ‘RE4UHDUltimateTrainer’ with ‘Run as administrator’ to make sure the trainer is active or working properly.
3. Done.
