Unlocking Leatherworker and Leveling to 20
Getting started:
Everything starts in Gridania, at the aptly known as Leatherworkers’ Guild. Here, you are able to impress upon the leadership that you would like a chance at the trade. Remember that it is only possible as long as you have a spiffy Disciple of war or Disciple of Magic class to the reasonably low level of ten.
For those who have begun the game in Limsa Lominsa or Ul’dah, it is possible for you to pass level ten with your main job before arriving in Gridania, allowing you to slide straight into the fun. In case Gridania is your home, you can just go questing outside in the Shroud for a few hours and you will be fine.
