How to Unlock Levemetes FFXIV

The Guildleve NPCs known as Levemetes are needed in Final Fantasy 14 or FFXIV if you want to unlock the repeatable quests that offer various rewards called Levequests. However, they are not always needed as all Level 1 and Level 5 Levequests are automatically unlocked after unlocking the Levequest System. As for those who want to unlock Levequests starting Level 10, you will have to find Levemete and talk to them if you want to unlock these Levequests. By talking to them, you will be given a trial Levequest to prove that you are ready for the task.

Talking about Levemetes in Final Fantasy 14 or FFXIV, you might be wondering if they are available automatically or if you have to unlock them. It is such a common issue as some people are also talking about this. In a community or forum called MMO Champion, there is a thread that brings up the topic.

A user called Lane started the whole thread on October 2, 2013. They said that they thought Levemetes became available automatically at Level 10. However, they said that it does not seem to have happened for their second character (archer in Gridania). Then, they thought perhaps they had to be at a certain point in the main storyline. However, there was no sign of Levemetes on the horizon even though they were at Level 13.

In response to Lane’s concern, a user called Kalyyn replied that they believe Lane has to do a quest for the Levemete in Bentbranch Meadow that will show up as a normal quest and not Levequest.

The second reply was written by Katchii. They said that Levequests are unlocked as part of the main story or the players are led to them alongside the main story. Also, as the players gain levels, new Levemetes are available but they can only start doing Levequests from them once they have done a trial Levequest.

A user named mstieler agreed to the comment, saying that aside from the ones available from the Adventurer Guilds, the players need to do a trial Leve from each of the Levemetes before they can do their Leves.
