FFXIV Carpenter Leveling Guide

In Final Fantasy XIV, being a Carpenter actually revolves around crafting by using plenty of wooden items. The items that are commonly crafted by a carpenter include wooden shields, polearms, crafting tools, furniture and many more.

To be a carpenter, you need to visit the Carpenters’s Guild in Gridania or have at least level 10 in any combat class. Guide to Level Up Your Carpenter to Level 40 in Final Fantasy XIV

To level up your Carpenter to level 40, you will need to complete a bunch of quests. First, you need to visit the Carpenter’s Guild in Gridania. Before you begin completing the quests, you need to learn the Carpenter Class Quest Item as follow:

Levelling Up to 20

Before you go on leveling up your Carpenter to level 20, you need to unlock the Carpenter class in Grinadia at Carpenter’s Guild. The only requirement is to ensure that you have a combat-based class at level 10 or higher.

After you meet the requirements, you can then start to complete the quests. Here are the quests that you need to complete to level up your Carpenter to level 21:

Quest 5: A Carpenter in Need

Quest 6: The Lance’s Lesson

Levelling Up to 40

After you’ve reached level 20, it should play a more active role in the levelling process. However, your gains will be greater now and crafting itself is less of a burden. Here are some quests that you need to complete to level up your Carpenter level to 40:

Quest 1: A Crisis of Confidence

About Grand Carpentry

The level 20 primary scenario quests actually send the Warrior of Light off to join one of Eorzea’s Grand Companies. Sure, there is no wrong or right answer here, so make sure to select the Grand Company whose ideals you identify with the most or whose the nicest colours or also whose the funniest NPC names.
