Well, the three meaningful choices here are 1 line maximum chance, 2 lines maximum chance and 1 and 2 lines tradeoff. At 8-9 seals, you can also switch between those 3 strategies that involve trading up to 6% of your chances of obtaining at least 1 line with up to 1% of your chances of obtaining at least 2 lines.
Need to know, the trade-offs worth will depend on the nature of the rewards and how much you value them. You can also run a simulation from an empty journal for details.
Talking about potential lines, you may be able to run it, as this is a popular strategy that is very easy to track. You can also follow it at some point in the past when they are getting better results with the other strategies.
