Ankha is a cat villager that you can find in the Animal Crossing series. This villager is a female and her personality is snooty. This villager appears in every game except Animal Forest, Wild World, and Pocket Camp. In the City Folk and also New Leaf, she appears again.
Ankha’s Appearance
Ankha is a cat and her fur is bright yellow with navy blue stripes. She wears Egyptian-like navy eyeliner. Originally, she wears a Red Aloha Shirt while she is an islander, in City Folk and New Leaf, she wears the Mummy Shirt. In New Horizons, you can see that she puts on the Palatial Tank Dress.
This villager puts on an Egyptian headdress that is like the Nemes crown with a cobra called the Uraeus where in ancient Egypt, it symbolized kingship. In City folk, her headdress has a scarab charm in place of a cobra figurine.
Even though there is a lack of confirmation, but the design, appearance and other characteristics of this villager seem to be based on the Abyssinian breed of cat known as Abys.
