The Possibility to Keep Bells from Dream in the Animal Crossing New Horizons
It seems that you are not able to keep Bells from dreaming. Even though in the Dream islands you cannot bring items, you are able to enter other players’ houses and villagers’ houses. It is also explained that you cannot catalog items in the dream island. When you are dreaming, you can get items, but you will find that the items will not be stored in your catalog.
On the Animal Crossing Wiki, you can read the explanation that when a dream is being visited, Luna will hold onto the player’s Inventory belongings for the duration of the dream. Let’s say that the player brings anything from another island. If they do it, it will not show up in their inventory when they wake up. The other restrictions are that when they are dreaming, they are also not able to learn DIY recipes, catalog items and many more. However, diving and swimming are able to be accessed as long as a wetsuit is worn by the player when they are going to bed.
