Epic Games made a confirmation that Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass will feature Brazilian soccer star, Neymar Jr. To get the Neymar skin and the other items, you have to complete the quests.
Neymar Jr Challenges in Fortnite
The Neymar Jr Quests are a set of challenges during Chapter 2: Season 6 for all Battle Pass holders. This quest can be unlocked on April 27th, 2021 together with the release of Update v16.30. From this quest, you will get a reward, Neymar Jr skin, themed cosmetics to go with them and also Exhibition Styles for each.

How to Get Neymar Jr Skin
Before you start, make sure that you have the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Battle Pass. If you do not have it, you can buy now because without having the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Battle Pass, you are not able to take part in the Neymar Challenges.
After you buy the Battle Pass, then from April 27th, 2021, v16.30 update , there will be a series of Neymar Jr challenges that you have to complete. By completing the challenges, you will unlock the skin and the other related rewards.
To be able to unlock the Neymar Jr skin, you have to complete some quests including talking to an Island Soccer Character where you can unlock Soccer Ball Emote Toy and Neymar Jr Banner, complete 3 quests from Island Soccer Players where you can unlock Matador Loading Screen and complete 5 quests from Island Soccer Players where now you can unlock Neymar Jr skin.
