You are recommended to use the Nook Shopping. When you are on the welcome screen, choose the wallpaper, flooring, and then more button. The next thing that you have to do is to scroll over to the Gyroids tab beside the music and do not forget to make sure there is the Not for Sale option on. By doing so, you should be able to see the types and variations of the Gyroids that you have collected and everything will be listed alphabetically.
As mentioned above, the ways to obtain Gyroids vary. One of them is to dig them up. In the previous titles of the series, they would only show up after a rainy day. However, in Animal Crossing New Horizons, everyone is able to get a maximum of two Gyroids on your island the day after it rains.
The second way to get the Gyroids is to grow from the Gyroid Fragments. To do it, all that you have to do is to collect Gyroid Fragments and grow to full sized Gyroids on your island.
After collecting the Gyroids that have been listed above, feel free to use them. There are three ways to use them. Firstly, you can use them as furniture. They are interesting as each of them loves to dance and loves to make unique sounds.
Apart from using Gyroids as furniture, you can also use them to harmonize with music. When they set next to a music player, they will surely harmonize with the song playing. Feel free to combine the sounds of more than Gyroid if you want to make the symphony of the sound.
In addition to these two, you are also able to customize each Gyroid to suit your style. Apparently, each Gyroid comes with a minimum of 4 color variations and there is one for a player.
