The Things To Do in the Jack’s Halloween Event Activities
Here are several activities that you have to do in the Jack’s Halloween Event.

- You need to get Candy from villagers in their homes repeatedly and from villagers outside once.
- You need to get Lollipops from villagers outside and you must do that by giving them Candy.
- You must gather two Jack costume items from Jack and you can do that by giving him Candy.
- Five different exclusive Spooky Set items need to be gathered from villagers outside and you can do that by giving them Candy.
- You have to gather two different exclusive Spooky Set items from Jack and it can be done by giving him Lollipops.
- You have to give Candy to Jack and villagers outside to unlock two new Halloween Reactions.
- You have to make sure that you are tricked with Halloween Face Paints by failing Trick or Treat with villagers outside.
Giving Candy to Jack For Getting His Costume Items
If you want to get the Jack’s Robe and Jack’s Face costume clothing items, you need to give Jack a piece of Candy twice. If you give him more than two candies, he will give you sets of pumpkins.
Giving Candy to Villagers to Get Spooky Items and Lollipops
A selection of your island’s villagers can be found throughout the Halloween evening. You can see them roaming the outdoors in interesting costumes. You have to speak with them to trigger a Trick or Treat interaction when you are able to give them a piece of Candy for getting a reward. The reward that you can get is random where it can be Spooky Set items, one of the two Spooky Set DIY Crafting Recipes or a delicious Lollipop.
Giving Lollipops To Jack For Getting Spooky Items
Do you get some Lollipops back from villagers on your island? If so, you are able to go back to Jack near Resident Services and give him one. Jack really likes Lollipop. So, he will give additional Spooky Set items if you give him Lollipops on Halloween Night. If you exchange your Lollipops to Jack, you will be given exclusive Spooky Set items namely Spooky Carriage, Spooky Carriage (DIY Recipe), and Spooky Wand (DIY Recipe).
If the Spooky Wand DIY Recipe item has been obtained by you and then you give more Lollipops to Jack, you will get duplicates of the Jack’s Robe and Jack’s Face items which you have obtained from giving candy.
Unlocking New Halloween Reactions
You are able to unlock two Halloween themed Reactions in this event. You can learn the Haunt Reaction by giving a piece of Candy to Jack and the Scare Reaction can be unlocked if you give a piece of Candy to a dressed up villager outside during Halloween.
Getting More Candy on Halloween Easily
If there is no candy that you have in the Halloween event or you probably did not buy much previously, you do not have to be sad because you can get more candies. The thing that you have to do is to wear a scary Halloween themed costume including the Jack’s Robe or Jack’s Face items and then you have to find a villager inside their home in this event. Then, you need to get into their house and talk to them to Trick or Treat to get a free Candy from them.
You can enter an easy repeating cycle of getting Candy from villagers inside and turning around to give it to villagers outside for rewards. It is important for you to know that the timer on getting repeat candy from a villager resets about every 5 minutes.
Besides the method mentioned above, there are also the other two methods that you can use for getting candy from villagers. However, this method is only able to be used once. First, you can get 3 candies the first time you talk to a villager outside when there is no candy in your inventory. Second, you are able to get 1 candy the first time you speak with each villager inside or outside when you are wearing Jack’s Robe and Jack’s Face.
