Now, Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 5, Week 14 Challenges are live. One of the tasks for the players is to obtain the cookbooks from Pleasant park and Craggy cliffs. The players are able to collect these books from both locations: Pleasant Park and Craggy Cliffs. It is possible to complete the quest by visiting one.
Overview
As we know that new Fortnite challenges are release every week in Fortnite: Battle Royale. The Fortnite challenges in this season have been changed slightly. Apparently, Epic have introduced a new system where there are different rarities for the challenges. There are 7 Epic Challenges that released every week. These are the normal weekly challenges and they are able to be completed at any time during this season.
Also, Epic have introduced a Legendary Challenge which is only available to complete for a limited time (one week) before being replaced by another one. Although there is only one Legendary Challenge, there are 5 different stages the players can complete. Completing each stage will give the players with additional XP. One of the Epic Challenges for Week 14 of Fortnite is to gather the Cookbooks from Pleasant Park and Craggy Cliffs. Now, we are going to show you exactly where you will find the Cookbooks.
Fortnite Cookbooks in Pleasant Park and Craggy Cliffs
The players of Fortnite have to land at one of the locations: Pleasant Park or Craggy Cliffs and search the marked houses for cookbooks. If the players can clear out one location, then they are able to complete the quest and earn 20,000 XP. To complete this challenge, you have to find a total of four Cookbooks in Pleasant Park or in Craggy Cliffs. You are able to see where these Cookbooks are located below.
Where are the Cookbooks in Pleasant Park
Need to know that Pleasant park has an easier rotation to find the cookbooks. Well, this article will covers the locations of the cookbooks.
Pleasant Park is a named location on the map in Fortnite. Thus, it should not be difficult for you to find the cookbooks. It is in the top half of the map, close to Stealthy Stronghold.
All of the houses which have kitchens will be where you are going to find the cookbooks lying on the floor. Here we will show you the houses on the map in which you will be able to find the cookbooks.
For your information, there are a total of five cookbooks that you can find in Pleasant Park. You are able to complete the challenge in this POI because you only have to find four cookbooks to complete the challenge.
In the text below, we are going to share the location of Pleasant Park more detail so that you will be able to find the cookbooks easily:
- North-east corner, the Dog house. You have to go through the back door and a cookbook is on the kitchen floor.
- North-west corner, the brick house. You have to go through the front door and then go right into the kitchen. A cookbook will be on the floor.
- West side, the yellow house. Once again, you have to go in and to the right. A cookbook will be on the kitchen floor.
- West side, the white brick house. Same as the last house, you have to head in through the right, on the kitchen floor.
- South-west corner. Same deal. You are going to find a cookbook on the kitchen floor to the right of the front door.
Where are the Cookbooks in Craggy Cliffs?
Also, Craggy Cliffs is a named location on the map. Craggy Cliffs can also be found in the top half of the map. It is located northeast of Pleasant Park, on the edge of the map. There are four cookbooks in this location, however that is all you need to complete the challenge. Several of these cookbooks can be found in garages.
In Craggy Cliffs, you can find the cookbooks in various locations, and not only inside houses like at Pleasant Park. To begin, you are able to find a cookbook in the stock room of the tall white building found to the west. Then, you have to check behind the set of stairs and in the kitchen of the white house which is west of the clock tower. After that, go to the clock tower itself after that. You will be able to find a cookbook on the ground floor. The last location is in the metal factory at the east side of Craggy Cliffs.
As we said before, there are more than enough the cookbooks for you to collect four of them. The same applies to Craggy Cliffs. Each of the five cookbooks will be found in the houses scattered around the area. Each house has a kitchen with a cookbook.
- A cookbook can be found in the warehouse down near the beach.
- A cookbook can be found in the clock tower, exactly on the ground floor.
- A cookbook can be found in Oink, behind the kitchen counter on the first floor.
- A cookbook can be found in Big Shots, exactly on the ground floor behind the counter.
- A cookbook can be found in the rundown house on the hill.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 Week 14 Challenges
With the new week of challenges starting today, all quest areas are going to be busy with the players of Fortnite rushing to complete the quests and obtain XP. The players should plan their rotations accordingly to ensure they can complete challenges quickly before moving on to the rest of the match. Remember that each challenge earns a player 20,000 XP for a total of 140,000 XP. This is a good way to level up that Fortnite Battle Pass. Some other Week 14 Challenges include Harvest 8 Fruits and Vegetables, obtain 150 Bars to hire a Character and visit two different restaurant kitchens.
