As the user, you have an option to Go Unlimited beside each site that offers the feature. If you chooses Go Unlimited, the Subscription Pop Up will come up. If you choose to click Manage Account, you will be able to manage all your existing subscriptions. You will see Facility Name, the monthly cost, the option to unsubscribe and the day upon which your subscription renews.

After you click on the Unsubscribe button, you will be shown another warning that you are about to unsubscribe. After you click on the Complete Cancellation, the subscription will be cancelled. You are able to select to Stay Enrolled at every point during the cancellation. If you click to stay enrolled in the service, then you will be sent back to the account management page.

If you have unsubscribed from the subscription service or do not have an existing subscription at the facility where you are trying to schedule a video session, you will be given the option to subscribe at that time. If you already have the subscription service, the promo box will not come up. However, you will see the standard drop down to schedule your video session.

Other Things to Know About Video Visitation Subscription

In the Securus Video Connect Subscription, there are unlimited video sessions for a recurring low monthly fee. If you want to schedule a video session with Securus Video Connect Subscription, the way is the same as to schedule a remote video session without the subscription.

You are able to schedule up to three video sessions at a correctional facility that supports the Video Subscription. If you are not able to make the video session that you scheduled, you are able to cancel or reschedule any video session you schedule with your subscription.

The subscription will permit you to visit for any length of time available at the facility where you are subscribed. You may wonder whether the monthly subscription cost include sales tax or not. Well, it does not include with sales tax. The taxes will be added after purchase or renewal.

Let’s say that you do not schedule any video visits for a month while subscribed. If so, there are no refunds.
