    • Delta Main Cabin and above tickets for travel within the United States, Puerto Rico, and USVI.
    • Delta Main Cabin and above tickets for travel which originate from the United States, Europe, Canada, Africa or the Caribbean to anywhere in the world and it includes flights which are operated by joint venture and codeshare partners.
    • Basic Economy tickets are excluded.

For your information, the eCredit has its expiration date and it depends on the terms of your original ticket and any applicable waivers.

You have to make sure that your ticket must be a refundable ticket, bought with a credit card, cash or check. And then, your refund will be issued to the payment method that you used for buying it.

As explained on the Delta Airlines site, for customers who book direct on Delta site or the Fly Delta app, the meaning of Risk-Free Cancellation is that after you have bought a qualifying eTicket, you need up to 24 hours after booking to be able to cancel it for any reason and get a full refund with no fees.

For your information, the refund of your ticket will be processed by Delta when canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
