    • To see whether your message is pending for approval, you can check the horn notification icon in the top right-hand corner.
    • Ensure that when you send a message, you get the pop-up which says, “Your message has been sent,” and shows how much you have been charged. If you do not get this pop-up, you need to ensure that you have sufficient funds on your account.
    • You can also click the horn icon if it turns orange to review the error messages.

How to Send a Message to an Inmate?

If you want to send message to an inmate, please follow these steps below:

    • At the first step, log in to your account.
    • After that, you can choose the “Message” tab.
    • Then, click on the “Send new message.”
    • Now, you must choose an inmate you want to send a message to. Please start writing your message. You can write your message up to 500 characters long, including punctuation. At the bottom of your drafted message, there is a helpful character countdown feature you can use.
    • When you are done writing your message, simply you only need to click the Send button. Remember that each message you send must be approved by the facility first.
