In order to kill Vorkath, you definitely have to equip your fight with proper gear. The most effective gear to kill them is with Ranged attack and beat them with the Dragon Hunter Crossbow as its 20% damage and accuracy bonus. Vorkath will also stack with an imbued Salve Amulet and a full Void Set, though Armadyl’s Armour will do better.
About Gear Progression
When you level up, sure more gear will be available depending on your combat stats and quests unlocked. One of the unique aspects about OSRS is that you’re able to get max combat stats using cheap and low-level gear while victimizing experience rates.
Of course, you probably want to mix or match pieces of gear at any level if you’re not able to afford several upgrades, especially from raids or treasure trail drops. There are three gear progressions which include melee gear progression, range gear progression and magic gear progression.
