In OSRS, F2P means Free-to-Play that refers to the OSRS free version where you do not need to make a payment to play the game. Just like the OSRS paid version, you can also do crafting to create any items. Each crafting method will give you a certain amount of profit.
Considering each F2P crafting will give you a certain amount of profit, you may want to know how much profit that you will earn from each F2P crafting. So, let’s find out the profit that you will earn through crafting a certain item in the F2P version in our post below!
The Amount of Profits You’ll Earn in F2P Crafting
In F2P, you will be able to craft any items including:

- Pottery; pots, bowls and pie dishes
- Soft leather items and hardleather body
- Silver; holy symbols and tiaras
- Gold, emeralds, ruby, sapphire and diamond rings, amulets and necklaces.
Here’s a list of profits that you will get from crafting any items:
Crafting Emerald Jewellery
Profit: 113,420
By crafting the emerald jewellery assuming 1060 pieces crafted each hour, you will get the profit of 112,000 where each emerald ring has a profit of 107. The emerald necklace will have a 104 profit each and an emerald amulet that has a 39 profit each.
In the case of crafting the emerald jewellery, you should use the Edgeville furnace, due to it’s the closest one to a bank without requirements. Each inventory will also take roughly 40 seconds to complete for an hourly rate of around 80 – 100 trips.
Ideally, you can only turn run on when returning to the bank to save up on stamina, because the outputs are noticeably lighter than the inputs. It is important to note, if toggled to always walk, the CTRL clicking the Bank Booth actually allows you to run for one instance. It will save having to click the Run/Walk toggle.
Here’s the crafting Emerald jewellery requirements:

By crafting the Sapphire jewellery assuming 1060 pieces crafted each hour, you will get the profit of 111,300 where each Gold bar costs 82 and each sapphire costs 318 and each Sapphire ring costs 497 that is a profit of 97 each ring. The Sapphire necklace will have a 105 profit each and a Sapphire amulet that has a 36 profit each.
In the case of crafting the Sapphire jewellery, you should use the Edgeville furnace, due to it’s the closest one to a bank without requirements. Each inventory will also take roughly 40 seconds to complete for an hourly rate of around 80 – 100 trips.
Ideally, you can only turn Sprint on when returning to the bank to save up on stamina, because the outputs are noticeably lighter than the inputs. You shouldn’t use the armour, because the extra weight will increase stamina drain.

In the case of crafting the Ruby jewellery, you should also use the Edgeville furnace, due to it’s the closest one to a bank without requirements. In the case of crafting the Gold jewellery, you should also use the Edgeville furnace, due to it’s the closest one to a bank without requirements. In this case, each gold bar will cost 83 and a Gold ring will cost 134 each, which is a profit of 52 each ring. Each inventory will also take roughly 65 seconds to complete for an hourly rate of around 80 – 100 trips. Ideally, you should only turn sprint on when returning to the bank in order to save up on stamina, because the outputs are lighter than the inputs.
