OSRS Pet Kraken
As we said before that the Pet Kraken is a pet dropped by the Kraken. It is a smaller version of the Cave kraken. When you accept the pet in OSRS, automatically it will attempt to appear as their follower. At the same time, a red message in the chat box is going to state: You have a funny feeling like you are being followed.
But, if a player accepts a pet while having a follower out (for instance, a cat), it is going to be placed into their inventory. When this happens, the message in the chat box will instead state that you feel something weird sneaking into your backpack. If a players’ inventory is full, and they already have a follower, then they will not be able to accept the pet.
On death, if a player loses their beloved pet (as a follower or in your inventory) it is going to wander around for 30 seconds before disappearing completely. The players are able to pay a one-time fee of 500,000 coins to Probita in East Ardougne to insure this pet. If the pet is lost while insured, it is able to be reclaimed for 1,000,000 coins.
Kraken Pet Drop Rate
If you want to hunt out several adorable pets in OSRS, there are the easiest pets to obtain, having a high drop rate or being easy to farm. By the way, how about the Kraken Pet Drop rate? You have to know that the Kraken is the easiest slayer boss to kill. You only need a slayer level of 87 to be assigned it. The Kraken has the same pet drop opportunity as the Thermonuclear Smoke Devil being a 1/3000, however can be killed faster with adept players seeing upwards of one kill a minute.
Also, its homeliness is paired with it dropping the big loot such as the Tentacle and the Trident of the sea. Thus, while you are searching for this tiny boat-sinker, you are able to make some decent money.

Some Easiest Pets to Obtain in OSRS
Besides the pet Kraken, there are still some other easiest pets to obtain in OSRS. For your information, OSRS’ pets are a mini version of a boss that will follow you around. They act as a new tiny companion on your quests and trips to the Grand Exchange.
Here are they:
Chompy Chick – Chompy Birds
Actually, it is not necessarily the easiest requirement, requiring completion of the Western Province’s Elite Diary which in itself requires 1000 Chompy Bird kills completed. However, with being able to reach 200 kills an hour, this is hardly one of the hardest or most time-consuming grinds of the game.
The drop rate for this Chompy chick is around 1/500. It means that in 4 hours you have 80 percent opportunity of bagging it. If you really want one of these Chompy chicks, you will not find much competition, and will soon discover yourself with that funny feeling faster than anywhere else in Gielinor.
Pet Chaos Elemental – Chaos Elemental & Chaos Fanatic
The Pet Chaos Elemental is very special as it has two sources. The first one Chaos Elemental at a 1/300 chance and the second one Chaos Fanatic at a 1/1000 chance. They are easy bosses to solo kill. The Chaos Fanatic seeing kills in under a minute and the Chaos Elemental up to 20 an hour. With this increased opportunity and easy grind, the Chaos Elemental is the easiest boss pet to get in OSRS as long as you keep an eye out for Wilderness PK’ers.
Skotos – Skotizo
You have to know that Skotizo is the boss hiding within the Catacombs of Kourend, needing a totem to gain entry. Although obtaining these totem’s can be exhaustive, once obtained it should not be too long before you have that funny feeling you are being followed. In OSRS, Skotizo has the best pet drop chance, with a 1/65 chance. It takes a while to kill with an estimated 10 kills an hour for experienced players. But, with totems in your hand, it is still faster than others.
Scorpia’s Offspring – Scorpia
Scorpia’s Offspring has the Level 225 scorpion boss in Wilderness. This pet is a 1/2000 chance, offering you a better chance of getting it paired with the fact Scorpia is one of the game’s easiest bosses too. Scorpia is able to be killed as quickly as once per minute. So, within 10 hours you are able to see a 25 percent opportunity of this Scorpia’s Offspring nipping at your heels.
Smoke Devil – Thermonuclear Smoke Devil
The Thermonuclear Smoke Devil needs 93 Slayer which seems high, but after you have reached this requirement you are going to discover that it is by far one of the easiest bosses in OSRS, being killed upwards of once a minute. The chance of getting the Smoke Devil is 1/3000, however with the boss’ poor drop table you are going to have little competition in fighting it.
