How to Get Among Us Imposter Every Time

In Among Us, there are two roles namely Impostor and Crewmate and players will get one of the roles. You may feel that it is challenging to be an impostor and you want to be an Impostor every time you play this game. However, is it possible to be an Impostor in Among Us every time?

Playing as Impostor in Among Us Every Time

Actually, at the beginning of every match, Among Us chooses the role of each player. It means that there is no way for players to be able to influence their chance to be Impostor every time they join a lobby. However, you are able to improve your chances for being an Impostor in the game. The first method is to join games with 3 Impostors.

How to Get Among Us Imposter Every Time

As explained on the Inverse site, now Among Us enables up to three players to be Impostors per game as long as you adjust this in the setting of the game. You are able to set the number of the Impostors to 1, 2 or 3. If you set to have 3 impostors, it can increase your chance to be one of the Impostors. If you enable this setting when you are playing Among Us with a full group of 10, it means that there is a 3/10 chance that you will be an impostor as explained on the Inverse site. On that site, it is also explained that only the host of a private lobby is able to edit this setting by using the Customize laptop in the waiting room. The thing to do is to open the Game Tab and then increase the “# Impostors” to 3 by choosing the + symbol. In a full game, it will be able to increase your chances from 10 percent to 30 percent.

Another method that you are able to do to increase your chance to be an Impostor in the game is to play with the minimum required amount of crewmates and the maximum of Impostors. So, you can play in the three impostors and four crewmates for a total of seven players in a lobby. You just have to put and you will have a 3 out of 7 chance of being an impostor. However, if you play like this, it means that the Impostor only needs one kill to be able to win. It also means that the match will end very fast.
