Since there are a number of programs offered by Beachbody, of course the way to cancel your Beachbody subscription will be different depending on the program you followed. If you want to cancel your Beachbody program subscription you followed, you can see the guide below!

Method 1: Through Website

For Beachbody On Demand, BODi and all other digital membership subscriptions, you can do the following steps to cancel your subscription. Here’s how!

    • First, go to Beachbody Login Page here.
    • Then, sign into Beachbody using your credentials. Make sure to enter your email address and password.
    • Once you are logged in, you can navigate to the ‘Membership & Subscriptions’ tab under ‘My Account’ menu.
    • Here, you need to find your Beachbody subscription and choose ‘Manage’.
    • Once finding the Beachbody program you subscribed to, you can then choose the ‘Cancel Membership’ option.
    • Make sure to follow on-screen instructions for your cancellation process.

For Shakeology, Beachbody Performance and all other nutritional subscriptions, you can do the following steps to cancel your subscription. Here’s how!

    • BODi program

If you made a BODi subscription and you want to cancel your subscription by making a phone call, you can also dial 866 737 9407 from Monday – Sunday at 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time. During a phone conversation, make sure to tell what you meant as clearly as possible that you really want to cancel your BODi subscription.

    • Shakeology program

If you made a Shakeology subscription and you want to cancel your subscription by making a phone call, you can dial 866 737 9407 from Monday – Sunday at 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time. During a phone conversation, make sure to tell what you meant as clearly as possible that you really want to cancel your Shakeology subscription.

    • MYX Bike program

If you made a MYX Bike subscription and you want to cancel your subscription by making a phone call, you can dial 855 898 1275 from Monday – Sunday at 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time. During a phone conversation, make sure to tell what you meant as clearly as possible that you really want to cancel your MYX Bike subscription.

How to Update Your Account Information?

If you want to update your personal information on your account such as your name, you can really access the ‘Account Settings’ section of your account.

However, if you want to update your billing or shipping address, you may need to do the following steps:

    • First, log into Team Beachbody here.
    • You can then find your order by choosing ‘Click for details’.
    • You may need to scroll down to the Shipping and Billing Information section by selecting ‘Edit’ to update the shipping information, payment method or ship date for your subscription.
    • Last, you can choose ‘Edit’ and make sure to follow on-screen instructions to complete each update.

Here’s how to update your SSN/SIN/Tax ID on your account!

    • First, if you live in the United States, you can go to the Contact Us page here, if you live in Canada, you can go to the Contact Us page here.
    • After that, you can fill out the tax form.
    • Then, click on the ‘Email Us’ and complete the email support form.
    • Make sure to attach the documents and submit.

Here’s how to update your commission payout method!

For security reasons, the commission payout method should be updated online. To do so, you can sign into your Coach Office. Then, tap ‘Tools & Resources’ button and tap ‘Business Resources’. Last, you can select ‘Direct Deposit (EFT) Management.

How If You Cannot Log into Your Beachbody Account?

If you cannot log into your Beachbody account, you may need to reset your password. After resetting your password, you can then receive the email address that you have registered with your Beachbody account.

However, if you do not receive the reset email within 15 minutes, you can check your spam folder. After that, the password reset link will be available for 3 hours. So, we suggest you reset your password as soon as possible.

If you still have trouble in resetting your password, your Beachbody account will be listed under a different email address. Of course, you can check all the email addresses that you might have used and make sure to try logging again here.
