About Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 1 Week 6 Quests
Here are the challenges that you need to complete in Fortnite Season 1, Week 6.
-
- You need to travel 100 meters while flying around a tornado (100).
- You need to damage an opponent within 45 seconds of crouching in tall grass (1).
- You need to buy a random item from a malfunctioning Vending Machine (1).
- You need to destroy Timber Pine stumps with a melee or ranged weapon (3).
- You have to recover health by resting in a tent (30).
- You must mark an enemy player by using a Flare Gun (1).
- You must honk a car horn within 10 meters of an opponent (1).
To complete the first challenge, namely traveling 100 meters while flying around a tornado, you have to find a tornado and it is the most difficult part. It is because a tornado spawns randomly around the map. Sometimes, you are able to find a tornado as soon as you jump from the Battle Bus, but it is not always consistent. The thing that you can do is to jump into a match and then you have to use your parachute. Look around to see whether you are able to find the tornado. If not, you have to land and keep your eyes peeled for a tornado in the sky and go there. You are able to run into the tornado or you are able to use Web-Shooters to swing into it. After you do that, the tornado will keep you in the air as long as you steer into it. Let’s say that you fall out of the tornado. If so, you are able to jump back into it and then your progress will carry over.
How about damaging an opponent within 45 seconds of crouching in tall grass? As explained on the Digitaltrends site, tall grass can be seen all around the Daily Bugle in the northwest corner of the map. So, you can go there first to complete this challenge. You will want to get the attention of an enemy at The Daily Bugle and lead them to the outskirts of the area. After that, crouching in the grass, popping out and dealing damage to the opponent must be done. It is important to note that you do not have to eliminate the opponent. You just have to deal damage.
