The DCAT Resource Not Found error is not the only issue that might be experienced by the players of Halo Infinite. When you as the player are playing the game, you might also face some other issues, such as:
- No ping to datacenters detected
When you see an error message saying that no ping to our datacenters detected on the screen while trying to queue for a match, it means that the servers of the game are having a hard time keeping up with the rapid influx of players. The best way to solve the problem is to restart your game.
- Other players loading
You might face a glitch while matchmaking. For those who have no idea, it is in which the matchmaker freezes and permanently shows a message saying that other players are loading. You will be able to fix the issue by closing the game and then restart it.
- XP boost glitch
There is a possibility of you facing an issue when trying to use an XP Boost. It is where the XP Boost cannot function well and make you stuck on a broken dialogue box. If you want to fix it, you can close the game and then restart it.
- Greyed out play button
It is possible for you to encounter a glitch where the Play button, the one that queues you for matches, is greyed out. With it, there is no way for you to play the game. In this case, you can try to restart the game to fix the issue.
- Ranked arena not giving XP
Sometimes, the completed matches do not count toward your rank in Ranked Arena playlists and the stats cannot be shown at the end of the match. Unfortunately, there is currently no way for you to solve the issue.
- Async compute crashing
If you are a player with AMD Radeon RX 500 Series GPUs, you might encounter crashes if Async Compute in the Video Settings is set to On. To fix the issue, please disable the Async Compute.
- Background recording performance issues
The performance issues might happen due to enabling the Background Recording feature in Windows 10 or the Record What Happened feature in Windows 11. To be able to improve the performance, please turn these two off. The Background Recording feature can be found in the Capture Settings menu of Windows 10, while the Record What Happened feature is located in the Captures menu of Windows 11.
- First person animation stutter
It is possible for a few first person animations to appear to stutter at 60 FPS or higher. The sad news is that there is currently no fix for this.
- Training mode audio issues
Stuttering and desyncs are two things that will be experienced by those standing on a destroyed vehicle. To prevent the issue from happening, do not forget to not jump on or walk onto the destroyed vehicles.
- Challenges not completing
Most sound effects can be muted when pausing the game during the intro sequence in Training Mode. Please pause and unpause it to fix the problem.
- No ping to datacenters detected
