John Cizek, who is popular as Jack or Cizzorz, refers to an American Youtuber and Twitch streamer. The man is from Minnesota and currently lives in Los Angeles. He is not only popular for playing Fortnite with the beginners who have never gotten the Victory Royale but also famous as the creator of death runs.
After the release of Fortnite Creative mode, Jack had an idea to make a course for everyone to play that is full of obstacles. The thing that he made is called Death Run 1.0. He thought that this course is hard and nearly impossible for anyone to slay it. Almost every big name of the Fortnite streamer has tried to pass through the obstacle course but there is barely anyone who wins the game. The ones who have tried the obstacle said that almost all of the levels are hard and long term to beat. This version has a total of 10 levels. This creation is the starting point of Jack’s success. The man has been credited and earned popularity for creating the obstacle course and being the most played island in the Fortnite Creative mode.
Even though the Death Run 1.0 is hard and is believed to be hard to beat, it does not mean no one can slay it. There was a winner of the course called Suezhoo. The player won the competition with the time of 3 minutes and 17 seconds. When knowing someone won the course, Jack gave a comment on the video where the Death Run course record was held. For winning the course, Suezhoo received a total of $1,500 as a prize.
Following the success of the first version of Death Run, Death Run 1.0, Jack created the second version known as Death Run 2.0. This version featured extra levels up to 13 approximately. He released this version on January 9, 2018. The release of this version was actually forced to be delayed because a user had the privileges to edit the course and completely destroyed levels 11 to levels 13. The creator actually mentioned that he is the only one who has a privilege to edit it but random players who entered his course early got permissions and successfully vandalized the Death Run 2.0. A few moments after the levels were ruined, he then checked replay mode and found out the one who destroyed the levels was iComethazine.
The winner of Death Run 2.0 was hotball1. He won with a time of 6 minutes and 12 seconds. He got $3,500 as a reward. The runner up was eskay with 6 minutes and 18 seconds. He brought a total of $1,000 home. The second runner up was PoopyFartyPee with a time of 6 minutes and 36 seconds. The fourth position was Crump with the time of 7 minutes and 2 seconds while the winner of the previous version, Suezhoo, came out as the fifth winner with the time of 7 minutes and 29 seconds.
After releasing Death Run 1.0 and Death Run 2.0, Jack or Cizzorz created the third version called Death Run 3.0. The preview of the Death Run 3.0 was dropped by Jack on February 11, 2019. Just four days later, the course was released to Content Creators and Streamers. It consists of a total of 16 levels. The first few ones are considered easy especially for the beginners, but they get harder as you progress.
The content creators who managed to get on top 10 received a reward in the form of cash. The winner got $8,000, the second place received $4,000, the second runner up got $2,500, and the fourth place through 10 received $1,500. Here is the list of the winners as announced on February 20, 2019:

- lil mikeqt was the second runner up of the course. He received $1,500.
- Saint came fifth of the course was Saint, getting $1,500.
- The sixth place winner of the course went to Svennoss, receiving $1,500.
- Tinny was the seventh place winner of the course was Tinny, getting $1,500.
- Mrfreshasian ranked eighth. He got a total of $1,500.
- The ninth place winner of the course was Typical Gamer and he brought a total of $1,500 home.
- TSM Commandment was the tenth place winner of the course, getting $1,500.
After announcing the winners for the early release, Jack or Cizzorz released the death run officially to the public. According to Wiki, the total reward for this competition was $25,000. For this release, there was only one person who came out as the winner. The name of the winner was called Hotball1. He won the competition with a time of 5 minutes and 24 seconds. By coming out as the winner of the competition, he brought a total of $10,000 home.
