In the Animal Crossing series, Stitches is represented as a lazy cub which is designed after a teddy bear which is made up of colorful patches of fabric. His catchphrase, name and favorite refers to his design.

His kiddie-themed design gives the reason why the kiddie furniture is available in his house. He is known as one of the few villagers which is technically not an animal, along with Coco, Ribbot, Sprocket and others.

He also owns a yellow Cute music player which plays I Love You.

Basically, Stitches loves the colorful, cheerful color, as the child’s style. In City Folk and New Leaf, he likes colorful things, while in New Horizons, she really loves colorful and white. His interest in colorful and white color is evident in his house’s theme.

Coming with a lazy personality, Stitches surely will love food and relaxing. During conversations, he will often talk about food humorously. He will befriend and get along with other villagers, as his laid back lifestyle. Generally, he will talk about food, superheroes, or comics with other lazy villagers.

Stitches usually will enjoy partaking in his hobbies like fishing and relaxing for food. He will get along well with peppy, smug, normal and sisterly villagers, as well as with cranky villagers. He may offend or confuse jock villagers who have a lifestyle of fitness and exercise that conflicts with his lazy style of relaxing and food. Stitches’s Appearance

Stitches comes to Animal Crossing as a cub with the appearance of a teddy bear. He has a bright purple forehead and tail. His face and body come in orange with a thick band of fuchsia going down his face. His two ears are of different colors, one green with dark orange inner-ear, the other is blue with lime green.

He has different colors on his body; his right arm is blue, his left arm is dark green, his right leg is light green and his left leg is dark orange. He also has a white, small muzzle with a teddy bear smile and nose, as well as a white stomach that is visible underneath his shirt. Initially, he wears a Star Tee and carries a Black Umbrella when it rains.
