OSRS Vorkath Pet Grind

In fact, almost all monsters will drop the items which will come in various forms. Well, one of the items which are dropped by the monsters is a pet. Well, a pet appears in the OSRS game as a non-combat NPC loyal to a player which is commonly gained from monster drops and skilling.

So as with Vorkath, as a stronger dragon monster  than others, Vorkath will actually drop the item as a pet. Vorkath’s pet name is Vorki which is a much smaller version of Vorkath. When you get Vorki, it will automatically be your follower. Meanwhile, if you receive a pet while having a follower out, sure, it will be stored into your inventory.

They can also be called to your side by using the Call follower button under the Worn Equipment tab.

Most pets can be interacted with players and do not have a goal other than aesthetics. Pets are such a prestigious item in OSRS as most pets are very rare drops from certain bosses or skilling activities.

You can also store your pet in the bank or inventory and they will follow you when dropped. You’re allowed to store up to 52 pets in the Menagerie of your own house (with the highest-level pet houses).

Unlike other pets, cats are the only kind of pets that should be raised to maturity of following the player. Kittens should be stroked and fed regularly, if not, they will surely run away. After they reach adulthood, they will no longer have to be fed.

Cats will be placed into your inventory. When it occurs, there will be a message in the chat box that informs you ‘You feel something weird sneaking into your backpack’. Then, if your inventory is getting full and they already have a follower, you will not receive the pet again.

On death, if you lose your pet (as a follower or in your inventory), it will wander around for 30 seconds before it disappears completely. You can also pay a one-time fee of 500,000 coins to Probita in East Ardougne to have your pet insured. If a pet is lost while insured, it can be claimed back for 1,000,000 coins.
