If you want to activate the X Factor Madden 22 franchise abilities, you will have to play multiple playthroughs on different positions and playstyles in the Face of the Franchise mode. Everything is unlocked after reaching level 20 on every of the positions and playstyles. For instance, you will be able to unlock all your characters’ YAC Em Up X Factor ability after reaching level 20 on a WR Pathfinder. If you want to unlock the rest, it is still be needed for you to play a different playthrough as a WR Moonshot and a WR Lucky 7’s. It will be not easy for you as it takes a long time, but reaching this can actually be done easily as long as you know the way to level up the class rep quickly.
