In the case of running out of RAM with the default size of your virtual memory, it is not large enough for your needs. So, you may have to increase your virtual RAM manually. To increase the virtual memory, it would be better for you to do it three times higher than the current RAM size.

Solution 3: Place the storage and RAM in the proper slot

To fix the issue of being stuck on the loading screen, you may need to remove the side panel of the CPU cabinet on your computer. After that, unplug the HDD/SSD & also RAM component from the slot.
