Among Us Airship Map Guide

As you know that for now, there are three maps that you can play in Among Us games. Those maps are The Skeld, Mira HQ, and Polus. The Skeld was released in 2018 and it is the first map of this game. Then, in the following year, exactly in August 2019, the second map was released and the name is Mira HQ which was followed by the release of Polus map which is the third map.

Will there be another map for this game? The good news is yes. There will be a new map in this game and the name of the map is The Airship. How is this map? We will give you a guide about this map below.

The Fourth Map Called The Airship

This map is an upcoming map in the Among Us game which will come in early 2021. This map is centered around the Henry Stickmin series, based on the Airship which is owned by the Toppat Clan in the Henry Stickmin game, Infiltrating the Airship.

Since this map is still upcoming, there is not much information about this map. The information which spread is the large size, the addition of more tasks, the appearance of nine rooms and also the existence of 17. According to Among Us Fandom, the new map will have Henry Stickmin-related cosmetics.

The Development and Release of The Airship Map

On September 23rd, 2020, the confirmation of the The Airship map development was officially done by Innersloth. This is one of the new content which will be added to the Among Us game after the cancellation of its sequel, Among Us 2. Innersloth gave a statement on their developer log that it will be free to all players. There will be two players who are featured who are the same as a Center for Chaos Containment employee and the Right Hand Man Reborn.

The announcement of The Airship trailer was shown at The Game Awards 2020 on December 10th, 2020. In that trailer, they declare the names of some locations of the map including Medical, Meeting Room, Viewing Deck, Cockpit, Gap Room, Lounge, Armory, and Showers. In addition, they also show the new tasks.

The Rooms in The Airship Map

There are several rooms that will be available in The Airship map. What are they? Here they are.

• Electrical

This room was confirmed to be on The Airship map on November 6th, 2020 by Marcus Bromander on his Twitter account. He says that it may be scarier than Skeld.

• Cockpit

This room was revealed on the first post of the Among Us Twitter account where it is based on the cockpit of the titular Airship from Infiltrating the Airship. It has a vent.

• Vault

This is a circular room which has the large ruby in Polish Ruby, a golden gun, a mound of gold and some mannequins with clothing.

• Brig

This is a long room which leads to Vault, Engine Room and Gap Room.

• Security

This is a small room which has three doors and also the Security ability.

• Medical

There is information that the task in this room is the Empty Garbage.

• Meeting Room

There is not much information about this room, but according to Among Us Wiki, there is information that the tasks will be Empty Garbage and Enter ID code. However, these tasks are still a rumor.

• Gap Room

In this room, there will be a ladder and also a Platform which you can use to cross the large gap of the room.

• Engine Room

This is a large and long room which has entrances to the left, above and right as well. This is one of the three rooms where players may begin after an emergency meeting.

• Records

This is a large and circular room. It has four bookshelves, a table and two brown chairs. This room is also one of the three rooms which can be used to start in after an emergency meeting.

• Main Hall

This is another room that you can use to start in after an emergency meeting.

• Kitchen

This is a location which has a vent.

• Showers

It can only be seen on the task list in the announcement trailer.

• Viewing Deck

This room is only able to be seen on the task list in the announcement trailer.

• Lounge

It also can be seen only on the task list in the announcement trailer.

• Armory

This is only able to be seen on the task list in the announcement trailer.

Some Trivia About The Airship Map

There are some trivia about this map. Here are some of them.

• The map icon of this map shows as a single question mark. This thing was revealed in a video about the new Among Us GUI.
• If you look closely at the teaser screenshot, you are able to see what appears to be a map of The Airship. It may be Admin map if it has one.
• If you look closely at The Airship announcement trailer, you will be able to see three different image frames in Kitchen. Each of them has a different colored character.
• This map has the longest name of any Among Us map where it has 12 characters including the space.
• This map will come in early 2021.
