Layout – Mario Circuit 1
Now, let us talk about Layout – Mario Circuit 1.
Super Mario Kart
In the middle of a sand plot, Mario Circuit 1 track is not too long of a course at all. It starts with a small left turn into a long straightaway with lots of Coins to collect. After that, another left turn, this one needing more of the Power sliding technique, will be frustrating because some pipes jutting out of the track, mostly close the inner edge. From here, the course can take another straight section, with more Coins and also a set of Item Blocks.
Next, another left turn, and very quickly a right bend is taken. Although it is a simple track, but unsuspecting players will fall for this turn. It has one more patch of Coins. Some players choose to only cut the sandy patch that can help with a well-timed hop, and more Mushroom. One more 180-degree turn. Then, there are four laps after the finish line.
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
There is very little that changed in this version. The item boxes have replaced the traditional Item Blocks. And the Pipes in the middle of the track have been deleted, like all risks from the original games’ tracks. However, coins, non-3D colored walls, and everything else remains unchanged. For your information, the lap count is 5. The players have the ability to set it to 3 on Quick Run. Also, this Mario Circuit 1 course has the background of GBA Peach Circuit, instead of the background like the real hill.
Mario Kart DS
The Mario Kart DS track features 3D walls and also improved animations. The solitary line of the item boxes remains. However, all coins are absent due to their exclusion from Mario Kart DS.
Shortcuts
Using a speed-boosting item such as a Starman or a Mushroom, you are able to boost over the sand and skip the 4th (right) turn. For your information, A Starman is a rare item in the Mario Kart series which makes a racer invincible, immune to all items and any hazards.
