BitLife keeps growing in size and in scope. There are more additions to the game. The hottest thing added to the game is the ability to own pets. Pets have finally been introduced by Candywriter to the simulator game called BitLife. The new addition will surely make the game more fun and can be a great excuse for you to ignore the real world and stay on your phone.
The pets offered range all the way from the common ones such as dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, zebras, and gorillas, to the fictional ones like unicorns. If you are a big fan of a unicorn and think that it would be good for you to make your real life dream having a unicorn as a pet come true in the game, here is everything that you will need to know to find a unicorn in the game known as BitLife. Aside from covering about a unicorn, you will also be informed about the other things related to pets as well.
Method to find a unicorn in BitLife
Since it is considered as a random encounter, finding a unicorn in BitLife is not only about putting some efforts but also relying on a bit of luck. The most recommended way to find it in the game is to age up and wish it to show up as a random event. As you probably know, you will be able to encounter some sort of animals every time you age up. Even though the possibility is low, there is still a chance for you to encounter a unicorn. It is possible but it only happens a couple of times in a life.
If you want to increase the possibility to of encountering a unicorn in BitLife, you are encouraged to go half a year in the settings while ageing up. When you encounter a unicorn in the game, there will be four options shown on the screen, including Run for my life, Retreat slowly, Take it to the shelter, and Keep it as a pet. As your goal is to keep it as a pet, please choose the last option. It is worth noting that if you keep a unicorn as a pet, a couple of generation of your family is going to inherit it because a unicorn has a long lifespan, up to more than 200 years.

Method to get a pet in BitLife
Unlike the other features of the game, this one offers you more options when you become a Bitizen. However, it does not mean you will not get anything if you are a free player. Luckily, there are still some options for you to get pets.
If you want to get a pet in BitLife, the first thing that you will have to do is to just simply visit the new Pets tab so that you are able to get yourself a new furry or slithery animal in the game. Once you are there, there are a few different options for you to choose from. Since the options are random, there is no guarantee that you will be getting a good one. Feel free to visit the Animal Shelter if you want to rescue a poor little puppy in need, visit a breeder if you are eyeing for a pure bred, or go to the pet store if you prefer to purchase a more exotic one.
There is an option for you to select a certain dog or cat breed if you want to choose the breeder option. Everything is from an enormous list. Feel free to pick from whatever breed you want and almost all of the breeds are available, even though the options might vary a bit depending on the country that you are currently in. This option is available for those who have paid for the premium membership. The options will increase once you have done it. Before choosing this option, please think twice because it is quite pricey and it is actually not recommended unless you have enough currency. Aside from that, isn’t it better to get one from the shelter than spending your money on the one from the store? It will not only save the poor animals but you can also save your budgets. Even though it is free, you still have a chance to meet a unicorn.
Some people want to have a horse in BitLife. It is easy to obtain as long as you have enough budget. First of all, you will need to get a property related to a horse, which can be done by going to the real estate brokers and searching for any property with the word Equestrian in the name. Once you have found it, buy it and then you will be able to add horses to your stable. Before doing so, take a note that it is not cheap and it tends to be in the 5 to 15 million dollar range.
If you do not prefer any of these options, there is another alternative that you might be interested. There is a chance of you to encounter animals in the wild. If you are eager to rescue them, there is an option to keep them. It is actually similar to getting one from the rescue. What makes it different compared to getting one from the rescue is that you meet them in the wild and you are relying on luck, which does not always on your side. It seems like this option is for everyone, regardless of your membership.
