If another account is logged in, you can switch the accounts. After the correct account is logged in, you will own the option to ‘Install’ the Insider build. You may also find a link to open the Insider build product page within your Microsoft Store app.

After signing up to Insiders, you also have to claim your Steam Insider key and scroll the page down to the ‘Get a Steam code’ section and choose ‘Get Code’. By doing so, it will generate your Steam Insider code that you can copy to clipboard and claim by opening the Steam Client and choosing ‘Games’ à ‘Activate a Product on Steam’.
