The Sea of Thieves Insider Program is held under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, meaning that if a player is discovered discussing insider information to the general public, their access to the Sea of Thieves Insider Program will be terminated. What is the Sea of Thieves Insider Rewards?

The Sea of Thieves Insiders are rewarded currency and cosmetics which are credited to the player’s public client, as incentives to test new builds. Getting Sea of Thieves Insider reward needs a total of 1 hour playtime per week, beginning every Friday at 00:00. From weeks 1 – 102, you are able to get Silver Blade Set items and a total amount of 277,500 Gold and 540 Doubloons. From week 103, you are going to begin obtaining the items from the Sapphire Blade Set, while the last of the Silver Blade Set items (Drum, Banjo and Speaking Trumpet) were released on week 108.

Progress of the player from the public client does not carry to the Sea of Thieves Insider Client. Progression within the Sea of Thieves Insider Client is reset as per Rare’s discretion for testing purposes.
