Yan Fei Genshin Impact Honey Skills

Yan Fei character has been leaked by a twitter user @dimbreathjr. This twitter account shared two Genshin Impact characters  named Yan Fei and Eula. According to this post, Yan Fei is described as a legal advisor at Liyue Harbor. Yan Fei comes with a Pyro (fire) element. You may see that she looks like a teenage version of Klee.

Yan Fei is a Catalyst user which is also the same weapon as Klee. Based-on rumour, she will arrive in Genshin Impact 1.5 update which is scheduled for the end of April. Well, you may be wondering about her skills and abilities in Genshin Impact. To be sure, don’t underestimate him because he comes with a four-star Pyro character in Genshin Impact, as well as a Catalyst user.

Yan Fei’s Attack

Yan Fei is well-known as a brilliant young lady whose veins flowed from the mixed blood of beasts. Here’s for Yan Fei’ attack:

• • Normal Attack

Her normal attack will fire a fireball that can generate a pyro DMG of up to three counts. Then, hitting an enemy will reward Yan Fei with a Red Seal.

• • Charged Attack

Her charged attack can consume her stamina and all of her Scarlet Seal before giving AoE Pyro DMG to the enemy. Then, the damage will increase based on the number of Seals consumed.

• • Plunging Attack

Her plunging attack can cause AoE Pyro DMG to collide with the ground after falling from the air.

Yan Fei’s Elemental Skills

• • Signed Edict

Her elemental skill is Signed Edict which can summon fiery blames causing AoE Pyro DMG. Then, the opponent which is hit by fire will also reward her with the maximum number of Scarlet Seals.

• • Done Deal

Her elemental burst is referred to as the Done Deal. It can trigger a burst of intense flames which charge at nearby enemies. It will also AoE DMG to simultaneously deliver the maximum number of Scarlet Seals and apply Brilliance to Yan Fei. Moreover, Brilliance here is an effect that gives her a Scarlet Seal at fixed intervals and also increases the DMG of her charged attacks.

Yan Fei’s Passive Skill

She also has her passive skills which are very valuable in battle. Here are they:

• • Proviso

Her passive skill is Proviso in which , each Scarlet Seal increases Pyro Yanfei’s damage by 5% for six seconds when Yanfei consumes Scarlet Seals through heavy attacks. The effects do not accumulate.

• • Xiezhi’s Eye

Her second passive skill is Xiezhi’s Eye. This passive skill works to allow Yan Fei dealing a critical hit with her charged attack. She will provide an additional example of Pyro’s AoE damage which is equal to 80% of her damage. Well, this damage will count as charged attack damage.

• • Encyclopedic Expertise

Her passive skill named Encyclopedic Expertise will display the location of nearby resources unique to Liyue on the Genshin Impact mini-map.

Yan Fei’s Constellations

Here’s a list of Yan Fei’s constellations:

• • The Law Knows No Kindness

This constellation will work when she uses his charged attack. When using it, each Scarlet Seal in existence will also reduce the stamina cost of the charged attack by 10% and also increase her interupsi resistance.

• • Right of Final Interpretation

This constellation will increase her charged attack critical rate by 20% against opponents below 50% HP.

• • Samadhi Fire-Forged

It will increase the level of Signed Edict as her elemental skill by three with maximum upgrade level by 15.

• • Supreme Amnesty

When her elemental burst named Done Deal is used, it will gain the following effects. Sure, the Done Deal creates a shield that absorbs up to 75% of Yanfei’s maximum HP for 15 seconds. This shield absorbs Pyro’s damage 250% more effectively.

• • Legal Cheat Sheet

This constellation will increase the level of Done Deal by three with maximum upgrade level by 15.

• • Extra Clause

It will increase the maximum number of Scarlet Seals by one.
