About Dottore Harbinger

Dottore is one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers that serves as a diplomat to Mondstadt in Genshin Impact. He has not been seen in the game as of yet. But, as a player of Genshin Impact, you are able to find several pieces of information about Dottore’s character. Dottore pops up physically in the Manga. He has bluish-green hair. Frequently, he is seen with a vest. His noticeable feature is his mask which covers most of his face except for the lower left side.
