The effect of this weapon is that if you hit an enemy with normal and charged attacks, it will have a 60% opportunity of establishing and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them. It will deal 80% AoE ATK DMG. Then, the enemies which are affected by Cryo ore are dealt 200% ATK DMG and it can only happen once every 10 seconds.

You are able to craft Dragonspine Spear – 4 star by using these materials: Northlander Polarm Prototype x1, Starsilver x50 and Dragontooth That Has Extracted Vitality x8.
