Best Tips to Defeat Mesprit in Pokemon Go
In order to catch and defeat Mesprit in Pokemon Go, you should at least know some tips and tricks that you can perform in the raids. Certainly, by following some recommended tips and tricks, we hope that you will be easier in catching and defeating Mesprit.
Make sure to perform a bunch of tips when fighting Mesprit when the raid is already available in Pokemon Go:
-
- Deal your damage with Dark-type and Ghost-type Pokemon maximally
Mesprit is weak against Dark, Ghost and Bug. Here, we recommend you to use the following Pokemon: Origin Forme Giratina, Gengar and Chandelure that are already known to have dealt damage fastest. To defeat Mesprit easily, ensure to use them to deal damage as quickly as possible.
Other Pokemon options areAbsol, Tyranitar, Houndoom, Honchkrow, Hydreigon and Weavile. Among PoGo players, they have the ability to deal damage maximally. Certainly, each will have the added benefit of resisting Psychic-type attacks.
You can also use a Mewtwo that really knows Shadow Ball from its appearance as an Ex Raid Boss. Furthermore, you can take consideration of resistance where Mesprit may know the Normal-type Charged Attack Swift that will reduce damage to Pokemon like Tyranitar, Gengar and Giratina.
-
- Prepare for your region-specific enemies
Mesprit’s moves and stats will have more balanced defense and offense. Mespirt may know a Charged Attack that the others cannot learn where it probably knows Blizzard. When using a Pokemon with more than one type, be careful. At least, you need to know that it is a Dark type and also Flying type. So, it may take super effective damage from some of those attacks.
-
- Work with the weather
One thing that you should know is that nature may not help you a lot when fighting Psychic-type enemies. Of course, you have to keep an eye out just in case. When the Psychic-type attacks of Mesprit are empowered by windy weather, make sure to consider of using more Steel-type and Dark-type Pokemon in your party
In this case, the Dark-type and Ghost-type attacks will deal extra damage if you experience foggy weather. It may be better for you to be more inclined to try Bug-type Pokemon such as Pinsir and Scizor when their attacks are pushed by the rain. The point is, you should know the right circumstance when working with weather.
