When you are on the Easter side of the water, you will encounter a woman named Alrani who is caged in the large cage. It is the start of the quest.

The first thing that you will have to do is to wipe out the group of Treasure Hoarders in the area. These kinds of creatures can be tricky as they are using a bunch of different spell types to disturb you. However, it should not be much of an issue. Wiping out lots of them will make the treasure chest to become accessible, and will reward you the key to the cage of the woman. Alrani will then tell you the reason why she was put in there because the Treasure Hoarders wanted the location of the hidden treasure that she had found.

You will be able to ascent your world to the next World Level after making specific Adventure Ranks, either automatically or by completing an Ascension Quest. Every time your World Level increases, the difficulty and rewards of Monsters, Bosses, and Ley Line Outcrops are also increased. Aside from that, you will also able to increase the max level of the characters and weapons through Ascension up to Level 90.

Hero’s Wit refers to an item in Character EXP Material of Genshin Impact. This one gives you 20,000 EXP. These experience are really valuable for those who are travelling through Teyvat to get closer to Celestia.
