Genshin Impact White Iron Chunk Farm Location

White Iron is everywhere across the map, but there are certain areas that are considered as the best places to find the White Iron Chunks. For those who want to stock for that four-star weapon, these are the places that you are going to visit first. After visiting all of them, you can move slowly to the wider areas of the map and see the Genshin Impact Pre Map to make sure that you are regularly collecting the White Iron Chunks along the way.

West of Liyue Harbor and Mt. Tianhang

There are at least ten White Iron Chunk spots in the western slopes of Mt. Tiang. They are full of ore just waiting to be cracked open. Fortunately, there are two waypoints in the area to choose from, making everything easier to integrate into your common route. The southwest one is the best one to dive into. It has three in extremely close proximity to one another.

Southwest of Darn Winery

For those who are still going through the Teyvat and having fun during the early period of the game, there is a prime location for new players to start getting a stockpile of White Iron ore just across the water and southwest of Dawn Winery. The place is quite low level and should not be an issue for lower level adventurers who need higher level equipment.

The Chasm

The one known as Chasm is located between Lingju Pass and Qiunxu Pool. Unfortunately, the popular interactive map does not show any White Iron Chunk spawn locations, meaning you might have missed out on a chance to get the extra one. Aside from getting a fair amount of White Iron Chunk ore over there, you can mine carts so make sure to interact with each of them on your way out and remember to hop over to the east side of the river to earn the 10 spawn locations there as well.

East of Jueyunjian

East of Jueyunjian and Quingyun Peak and northwest of Cuijue Slope is also a mining site. This one is where you are able to find 7 clusters of White Iron Chunks in an easy to pass area. Compared to the clusters in the other areas like the Mt. Aozang, they are a bit more spread out. In this case, you will need to make sure to get both waypoints unlocked before including it into your regular route.

Mt. Aozang

The only best place to stock up on the White Iron Chunk ore is called Mt. Aozang. It can get you tons of ore with just a single trip. The White Iron Chunk ore are mostly able to be found at the base of the mountain. Please do not be afraid to put on your climbing shoes. Aside from that, you can find much more ore scattered across the many terraces and overhangs along the mountain. It is true that there is no better place in all of Teyvat to get a dozen of White Iron Chunk ore.

Spiral Abyss

For those who have unlocked the islet with the crescent shape that has the Spiral Abyss in the southeastern quadrant of Mondstadt, it means you have gained access to one of the fastest places to farm a good amount of White Iron Chunks. You will be able to find some White Iron Chunks ready to be mined if you go fast to the islet. Actually, it will be a fairly small haul, but it is easy and fast to grab.

Wolvendom

Once you have spawned at the Wolvendom waypoint near the shore, go to the southeast where you will immediately find a big boulder that has numerous mineable White Iron Chunks. In total, there are six pieces of White Iron ore to find here, so you will be able to get up to 18 White Iron Chunks. On top of that, there is also a single Crystal ore, making it possible for you to harvest ore in a massive amount.

Strombearer Mountains

You will need to choose the Teleportation point that is found north of Starfell Lake’s statue of the seven. After spawning, go east to find a massive rock formation that looks like the one located in Wolverdom. Again, this one has five mineable White Iron ore and two mineable Crystals, which can result in up to 15 and six White Iron Chunks and Crystal Chunks.

To be able to farm the White Iron Chunks easily, there are two tips that you can consider. The first one is marking your map and the second one is visiting the other worlds.

Mark your map

Make sure to take the advantage of the custom pin function of the map as you journey across Teyvat or use the interactive map to track the process. It is good to allow you to cross reference with the online resources and keep a better track of your own exploration with an in-game database of ore points. You might want to consider using a couple of symbols of mark off recently cleared points.

Visit the other worlds

After reaching Adventurer Rank 16, you are able to start running Co-op with the other players. Once each single White Iron Chunk has been cleared out from your own Teyvat, instead of waiting around for respawn timers to tick, you are recommended to open up Co-op mode and ask to participate the worlds of the other online players. In the end, you will be deposited into their own.

Take note that you are not allowed to do their quests, open chests, or discover landmarks such as statues and waypoints for them. Another thing that is prohibited is collecting their Anemoculus or Geoculus. In addition, please be aware that it is not well-liked. In fact, resources are not unique to the game of each player. Besides, each material that you take from the world of the other player, including ore, crystal, plants, and so on, is put on a respawn timer for them as well.
