Here is way to redeem codes in the game of Genshin Impact:

At the first step, you have to launch the Genshin Impact game on your Mobile device or PC to redeem the codes.
Once the game is loaded completely, you are able to click on the “Paimon” icon on the screen’s top-left corner.
The redemption menu can be accessed at Settings section > Account > Redeem.
