The latest trend in the smartphone industry is folding or flexible screens. These phones with this kind of screen are usually the flagship class products. Several companies are competing to launch a folding phone. The list of the latest folding screen phones can be found below. Actually, flexible screens are not new. They have been developed by technology manufacturers since around 2013. However, its development was stopped for a while.
Apparently, this screen technology is only used in some smartphones, such as the LG G Flex and the latest Samsung Galaxy S and Note series. These phones have screen curves on the left and right.
Starting from 2019, two big companies, Samsung and Huawei, released foldable products with flexible screens. Right now, there are also some other companies that follow their step. 1. Oppo Find N

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has a 6.7 inch main screen inside. The screen is a Dynamic AMOLED 2X type with Infinity Flex display technology with Full HD + resolution and supports a refresh rate of 120Hz. As for the secondary screen on the back, it is 1.9 inches AMOLED type with a resolution of 260 x 512 pixels with a pixel density of 302 ppi. Both the back of the body and the outer screen of the phone are coated with the super strong Gorilla Glass Victus. Besides, a very tough Aluminum Armor frame is also used for this latest phone.
Talking about specifications, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 is powered by a very powerful Snapdragon 888 processor. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 features a Snapdragon 888 processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.84 GHz. The chipset of the phone is supported by the presence of 12GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB of internal storage without microSD slot support. It is supported by a battery with a relatively small capacity of only 4,400 mAh with support for 25W fast charging, 10W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse charging.
There is a 7.6 inch Infinity Flex Display screen installed on the phone without notch or punch hole interface thanks to the latest Under Display camera technology. As for the camera for selfies, it only uses the main camera that is folded forward. It means you can get the same camera features for the front camera and selfie camera. Plus, it has a battery capacity of 4500mAh with 55W charging.
7. Huawei Mate Xs
The upgraded version of Huawei Mate X was released by Huawei. This one is called the Huawei Mate Xs. The new version is actually very similar to the old one. The screen still uses an 8-inch AMOLED with FHD + resolution that can be folded inward. The screen size when folded is the same, which is 6.6 inches with a ratio of 19.5:9. That is the only difference.
Now, Huawei is using the latest folding screen hinge and has higher durability. Besides, this phone uses the latest Kirin 990 5G processor which is combined with a 4,500 mAh battery with 55W fast charging.
8. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
The next phone with a folding screen by Samsung is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. This phone has a shape like a clamshell that was popular back in the 2000s. 11. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold
If you like Xiaomi and are looking for a folding phone, Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold is for you. This one carries an 8.2 inch screen with a resolution of 1860 x 2480 pixels. For the external screen, it is 6.52 inches with a resolution of 840 x 2520 pixels. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, 12GB and 16GB of RAM, and 256GB and 512GB of external memory.
12. Nokia 2720 V Flip
The next list is interesting as it is made by Nokia. While it is true that Nokia is no longer as relevant as it used to be, it is still confident in presenting innovative products. One of them is called the Nokia 2720 V Flip.

Huawei Mate X2 relies on the Kirin 9000 5G chipset, 8GB of RAM and 256GB and 512GB of internal memory options. As for the battery, it has a capacity of 4,500 mAh. In addition, there are four cameras with a resolution of 50 MP, 12 MP, 8 MP and 16 MP. This phone is officially sold at a nominal value of around $2636.56.
