How to Level Up Your Handiness Skill Without Cheat Code!
Unlike in previous series where the Handiness Skill allows you to do anything, in Sims 4, the Handiness Skill refers to Woodworking skill. Need to know, the woodworking skills can be used to make money that is how your Sim world goes round.
The Handiness Skill will be available at the beginning of the game, what you should do is to level up your Handiness Skill to maximize your adult skills. Leveling up your Handiness Skill is pretty straightforward, but you still need to do the five extra ways, as follow:
1. Study a book about the skill
The first thing you have to do in leveling up your Handiness Skill is to study a book about the skill. There are at least three volumes of Handiness books that you can find at the bookcase or at the computer.
2. Repair any items
If you want to level up your Handiness Skill, make sure to simply repair broken items available in your home. In Repairing items in Sims 4, you may need to purchase the new parts such as Electronic Upgrade Parts, Plumbing Upgrade Parts, Common Upgrade Parts and Kitchen Upgrade Parts.
To buy a new part, you can click on a computer and select the ‘Buy Upgrades’ option. You may also need to set up the amount that you want to purchase. Now, the new parts will appear in Sims’ equipment, then you will be allowed to upgrade an object.
3. Carving pumpkins
You also need to carve Jack-o-Lanterns located at the Pumpkin Carving Station.
4. Woodworking
In leveling up your Handiness Skill, you may need to woodwork by making furniture and other things at the woodworking table. You can purchase the woodworking table at the price of $1800.
