You may need to choose Mansion Baron or Fabulously Wealthy aspirations for this career. As both are the most fitting inspirations for you. In the game, your sim will spend a lot of time earning money, so checking those aspiration milestones off your to-do list is necessary. - Maining a good relationship with co-workers
After you have completed your first workday, your colleagues will spawn in the relationship menu. You should give them a text, call or invite them to your home to build a better relationship.
How Many Career Levels as a Salary Person in the First Stage?
As a salary person, you will perform each of your daily tasks on a computer. To do your daily task, you need to hop on your computer and search for the new Prepare Semi-Reports Interaction that can be found under the ‘Career’ menu of your computer. Prepare Semi-Reports is the task of the first career level as a salary person.
If your sim does not have a computer yet, instead you can use one in any public library to complete their daily task. It is known that there are four career levels you can gain as a salary person in the first stage, here they are:
Level 1: New Hire
To be productive at a new job, it may take 6 months on average. Your sim may have 6 hours to do a new job. In this level, your sim will be at the bottom of the food chain in the competitive corporate world.
You may earn $14 per hour – $140 per day. There’s no promotion task to do if you are at a new hire level.
Level 2: Pencil Pusher
In this level, your sim may like to show off with a pencil on first drafts. Sure, there’s a quiet dignity about efficiently and effectively completing paperwork. You may earn $21 per hour – $210 per day as a pencil pusher. You will also receive $300 promotion reward bonus.
There are two promotion tasks you should do including:
- Achieving Level 2 Logic Skill
- Achieving Level 2 Writing Skill
Level 3: Competent Clerk
In this level, your sim will have more accounts to watch over and tasks to complete. Sure, your sim’s performance should be nothing less than competent. In this role, decent writing skills are a must have.
You may earn $25 per hour – $250 per day as a competent clerk. You will also receive a $430 promotion reward bonus and out on the Town Suit in Create a Sim. For more information, the out of town suit is a wrinkled, undone suit. Perhaps, your sim would spend a late night with karaoke with their colleagues.
There are two promotion tasks you should do including:
- Achieving Level 3 Logic Skill
- Achieving Level 3 Writing Skill
Level 4: Office Doyen
Thanks to hard work and always remembering a co-worker’s birthday, your sim will be the Office Doyen. However, the office will fall in line behind your option if there’s a debate on what font to use for the new letterhead.
As an Office Doyen, you will earn $37 per hour – $370 per day. You will also receive a $510 promotion reward bonus and also Charismatic Croner Reward Trait. However, your sims might have mastered charismatic vocal tones which help them to get along better with their co-workers. Those tones probably help with their singing skill.
There are two promotion tasks you should do including:
- Achieving Level 4 Logic Skill
- Achieving Level 4 Writing Skill
Okay, those are four career levels as a salary person in the first stage with the daily task of preparing semi-important reports. Sure, there are two remaining higher stages as a salary person, they are:
- Stage 2: Expert Branch with the daily task of optimizing Spreadsheet Formulas
