It’s important to note, you can also cancel the next Stitch Fix deliveries by checking the box beside ‘Yes, please cancel my (month/day) Fix’.
If you want to cancel Stitch Fix deliveries through the Stitch Fix app, you can then open the Stitch Fix app and choose the ‘Account’ button. Then, you need to unselect the box that says ‘ave me time by sending Fixes on a schedule’. Last, you need to confirm your selection.
By doing this, it will cancel the next order in line, and Stitch Fix will take no more payments as long as all items dispatched have been turned in. However, you cannot cancel the order if another delivery is being created.
If you view ‘Your Fix is in Progress’, you can then open a Stitch Fix ticket to cancel that order. If you cannot cancel the order, instead you can return the items to Stitch Fix when the order arrives.
