- First, you have to visit paramountplus.com and then you have to click on the user initials which can be found in the upper righthand corner.
- Then, the Account needs to be clicked.
- Now, you need to scroll down and click on the Cancel Subscription.
It is important for you to note that if you subscribed to Paramount Plus on another billing platform such as Google Play, App Store, Roku or Amazon, you will have to go back to that platform to cancel your subscription by using the steps below.
iPhone or iPad
Let’s say that you signed up for Paramount Plus through the App Store. If so, you have to use the steps below or visit support.apple.com to be able to contact Apple Support.

- Then, you need to tap your name.
- Here, you have to tap Subscriptions. If Subscription cannot be seen, tap iTunes & App Store. Then, tap your Appled ID, tap View Apple ID and then sign in. Then, you must scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.
