1) Swift Chocolate
Swift Chocolate is the standard setup for Licorice that can decrease the cooldown of Licorice’s skills from 14 seconds to 11 seconds. This is a recommended topping for Licorice Cookie. Swift Chocolate toppings are relatively straightforward to find.

His base DMG rating is at 239% and it can then be amped up to 350% with a full Swift Chocolate build. Of course, it puts Licorice in the same league as popular DPS characters like Sorbet Shark.

Can You Upgrade Licorice Cookie Toppings?
Of course, Yes! You can really upgrade Licorice Cookie toppings. You can upgrade the Licorice toppings using Topping Pieces and Coins as materials. You may already know that all Cookies will start out with 1 Topping slot and get one more at their 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th levels for a total of 5 slots.
There are currently three kinds of toppings available on Cookie Run Kingdom including XS (Common), S (Rare), and M (Epic). Of course, the success rate of a Topping being upgraded will be dependent on the current Level of the Topping.
Furthermore, the success rate of upgrading a Topping is temporarily increased by a small percentage for each failed attempt until the Topping is upgraded to the next level successfully. In this case, the maximum number of Upgrade levels will also be dependent on the Rarity of the Topping. For example, XS can be upgraded to +6, S to +9 and M to +12.
Additionally, a topping will get a random bonus effect after it is upgraded to +6, +9 and +12. Those bonuses stack when applicable, so S Toppings will have 2 bonus effects and M will have 3.
