- First of all, you have to access the homepage of Steam.
- On its homepage, click on Steam. In case you have no idea where it is, it is located in the top left corner of the screen.
- After clicking on Steam, access Settings.
- On the Account tab, look for and access View Account Details.
- Then, find a link to press on called View purchase history. This one is located under Store & Purchase History.

Before anything, first and foremost, you should make sure that the game that you are trying to refund was purchased through the digital game store of Steam. You are suggested to have played the game for less than two hours and to request for a refund in the first two weeks of purchase. You can expect to get a reply from Steam up to 24 hours after sending a request for a refund. If your request is approved by Steam, you will be able to get the refund for up to seven days.
