How to Fix a Purchase Error Message?

If you accidentally receive a purchase error message, you may need to check to ensure that you have logged into the correct Roblox account which made the purchase.

In the case that you are sure that you have logged into the correct Roblox account, you need to tap on the product again, but you don’t complete the purchase. To solve this problem, you may have to tap the product once to show the purchase confirmation screen. After that, tap outside the purchase confirmation box to cancel your purchase. Solution 1: Close and re-open the Roblox app
