Solution 1: Restart your PC

Solution 2: Reset your router

Resetting your router is a straightforward fix which several Roblox users have confirmed to work. Solution 7: Reinstall Roblox

    • The first step is to click on the Start button in the lower left of the screen.

    • In the window that pops up, please scroll down until you find Roblox. Just click it and then click on the Uninstall button.

After uninstalling Roblox, you are able to remove the Roblox folder fully if there are several corrupted or outdated files left over. To do that, simply you are able to press the Windows + E keys simultaneously to open the File Explorer. Then, you need to navigate to this folder: C:Users(Your Windows Username)AppDataLocal.
