    • It is a must for an appeal to be submitted within 30 days of the moderation action affecting the account.
    • After a moderation gets reviewed, there is no way for it to be reviewed again. If you send the same appeal of the same moderation twice, the duplicate one will not be reviewed.
    • The owner of the account is the only one who is able to send an appeal. The rule applies in order to protect the privacy of the players. For the sake of privacy, there is also no way for you to appeal for a friend.
    • Do not forget to contact the Appeals from a valid email address for the account that you are appealing.
