First, before explaining how to install Roblox shaders, you may wonder whether the use of shaders is considered as an exploit or not. When you are on the home page of RoShade, the thing that you have to do is to click on the Download button under the big word RoShade. By clicking on it, you will download the latest version. In the Changelog page, you are able to find a lot of versions of the RoShade. Nevertheless, it is recommended for you to install the latest version.
Then, you will be brought to the download page where you have to press on the green Download button. After the download process is done, then there will be a pop up window where you have to click on Save File and then press OK. After you do that, then you have to locate the file. You may be able to find it in your Downloads folder. After you open the file, you will be able to see a lot of stuff that you do not have to worry about. You can open Manual Installation, but instead of choosing this option, it is recommended for you to choose RoShade Setup.exe. After you click on it, you have to click on Run. There will be another window popping up and you have to click on the More Info there and then click on Run Anyway.
There will be another window and choose Install For All Users which is the recommended option. Now, you will see the setup window and you have to click on the Next and then click on the I Accept the Agreement and then click on Next again. There, you are able to choose which presets to install and as you can see that they are all selected by default, so you can hit Next.
Now, it will start to install and if the process of installation is done, there will be a pop up and you just have to click on OK. Then, exit the installer.
And now, you can join a game in Roblox and you will see that there is a pop up. For your information, the shaders will launch on the medium presets by default. However, you are able to change it by pressing Page Down or Page Up on your keyboard. Also, you are able to toggle the shaders on and off by pressing F8 on your keyboard. If you want to do things manually, you can do so by pressing F7 on your keyboard which will open the RoShade tab. If you do not have F7 or F8 on your keyboard, you are able to choose FN 8 or FN 7 instead.
Now, you have RoShade open and you can also just manually change the preset. For your information, you do not need to remember all these keybinds because they are all available on the website of RoShade.
